Nothing is more important to us that the safety and wellbeing of our guests and our people. From our Theme Parks to our Cinemas and places we work – safety comes first.
To ensure our rides run safely, we perform regular safety checks and our safety program is regularly audited. Our experienced Operations team conduct ride safety checks on every ride before our parks open to our guests.
Our experienced Maintenance team also work hard behind the scenes conducting daily, monthly, and yearly checks, which is why we sometimes need to shut down the rides for extended periods. It’s all part of keeping things running safely and smoothly for a great guest experience.
Our Cinema teams conduct frequent internal inspections to monitor and maintain operational safety standards across all areas of the cinema. We work with external third party auditors to review and verify our safety practices, providing an extra layer of accountability and continuous improvement in food safety, hygiene and security.
We are also dedicated to the safety and wellbeing of our people. We want to ensure that our workplace is a place where people can thrive and is healthy and safe, physically and mentally. Our current active programs include Mental Health First Aid training and we’ve also introduced a wellbeing program, Boost which encourages our people to keep wellbeing top of mind.
